- Twin Bedroom (Upper Level): Two twin beds
- Lower Level: Sectional Queen Sofa bed with flat-screen TV

The home includes 2.5 bathrooms, all finished with upscale details. Full bathrooms feature radiant heated floors, custom tile work, and luxury shower heads - offering a spa-like experience after long beach days.

Lower Level

Enjoy multiple decks and outdoor seating areas overlooking the water. While there is no direct water access, the home offers panoramic waterfront views throughout, making it an ideal setting for peaceful mornings and scenic evenings. We also have an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Ideally located just minutes from Jackknife Beach, downtown Chatham shops and restaurants, bike paths, and the iconic Chatham Bars Inn. This is a prime home base for beach days, dining out, and exploring the best of the Lower Cape.

- Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome (2 max) with a $125 per-dog fee.

ℹ️ Additional Notes

While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care or plowing during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.

We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video on all exterior entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.

Absolutely no smoking inside or near open exterior doors - there is a $250 fee if this is violated.
