Walk to a private association dock and access three private beaches on Great Pond, perfect for kayaking, swimming, fishing, or relaxing. Outside, enjoy a large fenced yard, patio with firepit, grill, and outdoor shower, all just minutes from beaches, dining, and downtown Falmouth.

Just 10 minutes from Main Street in downtown Falmouth, you can explore boutique shops, local art galleries, and some of the best restaurants and cafés on Cape Cod. A short drive brings you to Nobska Lighthouse for iconic ocean sunsets and to Woods Hole, where ferries depart to Martha’s Vineyard - making this the perfect home base for your Cape Cod getaway!

🐾 Pet-Friendly
- Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome (2 max) with a $125 per-dog fee.
Please note:
- You as the owner are responsible for all waste pickup and any potential damage
- No cats (due to guest allergies)
- Fenced in yard
*Dogs must be disclosed at booking and prior to arrival.

Access and Parking:
Guests have full, private access to the entire home, patio, outdoor shower, and storage shed, with the exception of two locked owner`s closets. The association dock is available for guest use in accordance with neighborhood guidelines. Parking for up to three vehicles is available in the driveway.

- Association dock access is seasonal and weather-dependent
- Fire pit use may be restricted during local fire bans
- Quiet residential neighborhood, please be respectful of neighbors
- Outdoor furniture and amenities are seasonal
- No events or large gatherings permitted
- Linens, bath/hand/wash towels and start-up toiletries are provided.
- No smoking inside or near open doors ($250 fee for violations)

While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.

Exterior only security cameras monitor both audio and video on all exterior entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds.

Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees.
