Incredibly unique property. Rented for college friends reunion and it was perfect. No regrets whatsoever in getting it. You are really renting your own hotel. Great location, lots nearby. Huge place, tons of space, well furnished. Minor issues, No hot water in master bath. TV on roof would be awesome, The family room is awesome for watching a game, needs bigger TV. Host was awesome and super friendly.
Wonderful location! The property had AC and WiFi outages. The manager was responsive and the AC was fixed, but the WiFi was not restored during our stay. There was a lot of street noise overnight.Otherwise we had a great time and enjoyed the spacious accomodations.
This place was perfect for multifamily vacation. Every family was able to choose their own room in a section of the house so nobody was stepping on each other‘s toes and they were able to spread out and have their own space. It was perfect. The host was quick to respond and very kind hearted. He thought about everything. The kitchen was well equipped, and we did not need to go out and purchase items to get through the day. The balcony was a focal point where everybody loved to gather around in the evenings and enjoy each other’s company.
We had a wonderful stay at the property. Manager was quick and responsive to our needs and the property was well stocked with everything we needed. Great location for walkability.
It's amazing to see how much Kansas City has grown. My girlfriend's and I had a 10 year reunion and we picked KC as it was our old stomping grounds. This place had so many great amenities. The rooms were all well designed and decorated. The kitchen was huge! Perfect for hosting dinner. The formal area was perfect to gather around while we played Mahjong. The list just goes on. Our host William was amazing with prompt communication and giving us the best tour around the property.
Had a great stay for our year end planning meeting. Everyone had private space but we were also able to use the common spaces to have our meeting and socialize.
Had a good weekend with the boys and it couldn’t have been a better place to stay. The location alone is worth every penny! Management was excellent to work with and accommodations were as advertised!
We stayed here for a weekend as a friend group and WOW could have stayed another week! Brent was incredibly helpful and nice to work with, and this place is absolutely stunning. Great location, plenty of rooms and space, I will definitely be coming back!!
We celebrated a family birthday and the location was great for our family stay with many activities close by. Kitchen was very nice for making meals and serving a lot of family. The main room was very accommodating for the size of our group. The host was helpful and communicated proactively.
I stayed here with six friends and it was perfect for everything we wanted! If offers plenty of space, is in the perfect location, was extremely clean, and offered a truly unique, amazing experience for a long weekend getaway. The views from the rooftop are unmatched too! I really appreciate the host, he was very communicative and made it a great experience. Highly recommend, I hope to stay here again.
We were in town for a 4 day volleyball tournament. We were unsure of the city because we haven’t ever been there before. This place was great. The location was perfect, the shuttle pickup was right outside. Plenty of space and we felt safe the whole time. Close to a lot of sites and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
I loved the uniqueness of the place. Large bedrooms, except for the one bedroom-like area between one of the main bedrooms and the adjacent shower room. The common room area (kitchen and adjacent living room area) was a great size for hanging out. The kitchen/dining area was especially cool with the old vintage furnishings and long table. The top level balcony and sun room areas were great as well...very comfortable spaces. The area was surprisingly good too, with a lot of places to eat and drink within easy walking distance.
This property is HUGE. So much space. Close to Power and Light and the Trolley is right out front. We had 10 people and if you wanted a spot to yourself you could always find one.
