Stunning villa with pool and jacuzzi corner, gorgeous view, near the village

This beautiful villa is located just 1 km from Montaione, a medieval village in the heart of Tuscany, in a quiet area.

The holiday home is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a pool (12x6 m, open from beginning of May to the end of September) and a large, comfortable jacuzzi. It consists of a main house of 240 square meters and a detached house of 40 square meters.

The villa, 240 sqm, rented together with the detached house of 60 sqm, can accommodate up to 15 people. The main house, very well furnished in Tuscan style, is divided into two communicating parts; both parts are very private as each has its own fully equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher). Entering from the left, on the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, satellite TV, kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, a twin bedroom (which can be made into a double) and a bathroom with shower. From the ground floor there is access to the communicating apartment and to a terrace where there is a gazebo and barbecue.
The apartment next door, which also has an independent entrance, has on the ground floor a large living room with dining area, satellite TV and double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a large veranda with barbecue and overlooking the pool. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom (which can be made into a double) and two bathrooms with shower.
Each bathroom has a hairdryer. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. There is also a washing machine, mosquito nets, a safe, fans and Internet Wi-Fi available for guests.
The guest house is a small cottage of 60 sqm, fully air-conditioned, 40 m from the main house, with a double bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette (fridge-freezer, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher) and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, hairdryer. Private patio with BBQ. Satellite TV, WiFi.

During the week the owners can prepare a pizza dinner in the reception-salon, just in front of the villa. Also available to guests are a kitchen garden and an orchard where you can take seasonal products, as well as children's games and table tennis. Guests can also book wine and olive oil tastings, as well as cooking or catering services. There are also three bikes for rent.

Distances: The village is within walking distance, as well as supermarkets (about 600-1000 m) and restaurants. Florence, Siena and Pisa are around 55 km away, while San Gimignano is only 20 km away and Volterra 29 km. Certainly a must is a visit to Certaldo and Colle Val d'Elsa.

The price includes gas, water, electricity, bed linen and towels, kitchen towels, Internet Wi-Fi, air conditioning (up to 300 Kw, further consumption at € 0.50 Kw), final cleaning.
