Between lake, sea and mountains, the charming vacation home "Casa Mediterraneo" awaits you in the bay of Alcúdia on the northeast coast of Mallorca. The bright and modern furnished vacation home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities of the child-friendly vacation home include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV and a washing machine, while a baby crib and a high chair are available on request. Another highlight is the garden with spacious barbecue area and views of the large freshwater lake Es Llac Gran, which borders the property. Here you can toast a convivial dinner with Mallorcan wine and enjoy the sunset together. On the other side of the house, just 300m away, is the mile-long sandy beach of Alcúdia Bay. The beach street, lined with souvenir stores, cafes, bars and restaurants invites you to stroll. The nearest supermarket is also just 350m from the accommodation and is a 4-minute walk away. The capital Palma and its airport can be reached in about 45 minutes (63km) by car.

Wonderful quite apartment

We stayed here with a family a friends and the apartment is very spacious anc accommodates 6 people very comfortably. We would return anytime.

Really lovely house, great size and fantastic garden and lake view.

Pros: Lovely house, garden was great size, lovely in the sun, with lots of garden furniture. Enjoyed waking up to the view over the lake. Welcome pack a really lovely touch, much appreciated. Great comms with host. Excellent wifi. Cons: The bed in the main bedroom was probably the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. My husband had to sleep in other room as back so painful (but as no bedding had to make do with blankets).

The house was great as expected. 5 minutes to the best beach in Spain!

Pros: The view, the garden, the air condition in all rooms and a very good sortiment of toys for children. Very close (300 meters) to the beach was also fantastic! Cons: We did not like that the entire house was smelling of strong perfume, which was noticeable during all our stay. We would recommend you to use perfume free cleaning detergents. There were plenty of drinking glasses but only 3 small coffee cups. We would have liked there were many more mugs too. There was only one. Both bathroom showers needed to be decalcified.

Perfekte Lage

Pros: Das Haus hat einen großen Garten und einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Es ist familienfreundlich eingerichtet (Babybett, Treppengitter, Babystuhl, Spielzeug, Tischtennisplatte). Strand, Supermarkt und Cafés sind nur 300 m entfernt. Cons: Besteck und Geschirr müssten mal erneuert werden. Hier und da hätte es noch sauberer sein können, wenn man ganz genau hinguckt.

Die Lage zum Strand und Supermarkt gut erreichbar. Ruhige Lage

Cons: Verzogene Tür zu einem Schlafzimmer, somit konnte man die Türe nicht schließen. Ein Badezimmer mit altem Duschvorhang und defekter Dusche. Dusche wurde während des Aufenthaltes so einigermaßen repariert . Desweiteren war eine sehr große Maus ständig zu Gast.

Erstklassige Lage mit super Aussicht!

Pros: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Zum Strand sind es keine 5 Gehminuten. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Wir hatten die Räder mit und konnten so von Port d Alcudia bis Playa de Muro alles super erkunden. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war auch super einfach und unkompliziert. Wäscheständer und Staubsauger wurden bei Nachfrage noch am selben Tag bereitgestellt. Einfach nur muy bien!!! Cons: Alles super!!!

Tolles Haus und super schöner Strand. Alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gerne wieder!

Pros: Der Gastgeber war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, somit lief beim check in und beim check out alles easy. Das Haus und der Garten waren sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt im Haus alles was man braucht inklusive Spielsachen etc. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und der Ausblick von der Terasse auf den See ist traumhaft. Erwachsene und Kinder hatten eine tolle Zeit! Cons: Auf den Bildern im Internet waren zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett zu sehen, leider war das nicht der Fall als wir ankamen. Es gab nur ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eins mit zwei Einzelbetten und eins mit einem Einzelbett. Die Betten konnten nicht zusammen geschoben werden, da sie eine unterschiedliche Höhe hatten. Das war etwas ärgerlich.
