The Space:

Whether you’re reconnecting with family, spending quality time with friends, or working remotely in peaceful surroundings, this home offers everything you need for a memorable stay.



Step outside and enjoy the private pool and a heated spa, surrounded by mature landscaping that enhances the serene country atmosphere. The cozy fire pit sets the stage for evenings under the stars, perfect for sharing stories or roasting marshmallows. A SMART wood pellet grill makes outdoor cooking easy and fun, ideal for relaxed family meals on the patio. Pellets are not provided.



Inside, a spacious kitchen provides plenty of room for preparing and sharing family-style meals, baking, and creating a welcoming hub for everyone to gather. Mornings start with your favorite brew from the coffee bar or a soothing cup of tea, setting the tone for easy, enjoyable days.



Entertainment options abound throughout the home. The game room offers poker and billiards tables for friendly competitions, while a stylish bar area makes mixing up drinks a breeze. Movie nights are a delight in the media space, offering the perfect setting for laughter and relaxation. For those wanting to stay active, a dedicated area with fitness equipment helps you keep up your routine. Unfortunately, the Pac-Man machine is non-operational and has been removed.



For guests who need to work during their stay, we provide a strong WIFI connection for multiple devices, a comfortable office provides a quiet spot for virtual meetings or focused tasks. Each bedroom is spacious and comfortable, featuring queen-sized beds or larger, with private workspaces for added convenience. The primary suite is a true retreat, offering a king-sized bed, an inviting soaking tub for two, and generous closet space. Even the hall bathroom has a Bluetooth fan so you can enjoy your favorite music while getting ready.



The home also features a whole-house generator for peace of mind during your cozy winter stays, and flexible booking, last-minute booking, and flexible cancellation make planning your trip simple and stress-free.



Guests have full access to the entire property, including all indoor and outdoor amenities, with private driveway parking available. Please note that quiet hours are observed in the neighborhood from 9PM to 8AM, parties are not permitted under any circumstances, and while the spa is heated and included in the rates with the stay, the pool can be heated, but we only offer this with an additional fee.



A real wood fire pit is on the property down in the treeline, which is perfect for roasting s'mores and campfire stories.



From sunny afternoons by the pool to cozy evenings around the fire pit, this country home offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and fun. Book your stay and enjoy a peaceful country retreat that feels just like home—only better.



Please note that this is a country home, and although the spa is maintained weekly, it’s normal to find leaves, debris, insects, or even small reptiles in the pool upon arrival. Refunds or discounts are not provided for the spa’s appearance. A pool net is available for guests who wish to clear the water before swimming.



We take pride in keeping the home clean and ready for each guest’s arrival. As a country property, outdoor areas may naturally have leaves or pollen, but we strive to keep everything well-maintained.



Guest Access:

The entire home is available for use except for the garage and a storage closet in the basement.



Other Things to Note:

Only a 40-minute drive to the Maryland International Raceway and Budds Creek Motocross Track.



There are a few public beaches close to us. Two of my favorites are Calvert Cliffs (about 10-15 minutes away) and Myrtle Point (about 30 minutes away).



There’s also a small beach under the Solomons Island Bridge (20 minutes away) and a small beach area at Vera’s White Sands Restaurant (10-15 minutes away).



Solomon's Island and all that it offers is about 20 minutes away.



We do not provide pool floats or toys. Please bring these with you, and either take them with you or dispose of them after your stay.



Interaction with Guests:

The pool is seasonal and is only open from Memorial day through Labor Day. The hot tub is available year round.



Future guests should know that if a fault on the system is created during your stay, that affects the use of the amenities we will not offer a dicsount off affected nights. Everything that you need to know to operate the amenities is in the house manual. We regularly update it and all systems are checked between guests.
