The host was very helpful with local suggestions. The basement was kind of creepy so we avoided that area which meant one person slept on the couch but the house is very nice. The bedroom facing the street needs the blinds replaced. This was a good amount of space for 5 people and we appreciated the ability to watch the World Cup games without having to login with our own credentials. The washing machine needs replacing but we just didnt use it. Nice quiet street and a beautiful area to stay. Drive to downtown KC isn't bad at all. Great place to stay for families.

Property was very convenient for local family gatherings and activities. Cost was a little high for size and condition of property, but not too unusual during high World Cup demand. Cleanliness of property was OK overall, but kitchen substandard. Some furnishings and appliances were not up to expectations. Unable to operate TV effectively. Bedrooms & sleeping arrangements met our needs. Front entry needs some safety & aesthetic improvements.

You get exactly what the listing says and shows (in a good way!). We stayed during the World Cup, so everything in the Kansas City area was expensive but even with that this place represented good value. Clear, early communication from the host and extreme clarity on the check-in and check-out process made getting in and out really easy and stress-free.
