When I began the process of booking the room, it was presented as on the same side of the highway as the Orange County Convention Center and within walking distance. But when I completed the process and was provided the address it was on the complete opposite side of the highway and not within walking distance.

We did enjoy the room, the dishes before use were dirty, we had to wash them before use. They had old food stuck to the glasses and a bowl. We do appreciate everything.

Resort was wonderful with many activities, dining options and helpful staff. We were on the top floor and had a view of the pool/ water parkarea which was nice. Room took a little while to cool down during the day but I think it was due to warmer weather and the fact we were on top floor. The fan in the room was so helpful. Any of our needs were met immediately and would totally suggest this Resort to friends and family.
