A nossa estadia foi ótima!

Pros: A casa fica em uma zona mais rural, a uns 30 min das praias, e perto do centro de Arta. Na volta das praias, curtimos bastante o som da natureza, a piscina e a churrasqueira!! Os quartos de cima são muito bons, as acomodações em baixo, são menores. Os banheiros atendem bem a casa, tivemos dificuldade com os chuveiros, mas nada que atrapalhasse a nossa experiência. Máquinas de lavar e secar funcionando perfeitamente, utensílios suficientes, apenas falta de iluminação na área externa e em alguns quartos. Tivemos uma semana feliz 😊 O Sr Pedro, anfitrião, super atencioso.

schön großes Haus in super Lage

Pros: Das Haus hatte einen wunderschönen Pool, war sehr geräumig. Super war auch das Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden waren. Es befindet sich in einer super Lage und alle tolle Strände sind in ca. 20 Min. zu erreichen Cons: Der Boden war leider verschmutzt, wir haben dann selbst noch einmal durchgesaugt. Die Müllentsorgung ist leider etwas problematisch

Super für Gruppen

Pros: Die Reise verlief reibungslos. Wir sind mit 2 Autos angereist und hatten eine entspannte Schlüssel Übergabe. Danach sind wir erstmal in den schönen Pool gehüpft. Es waren 3 sehr schöne Schlafzimmer, 2 Zimmer waren nicht so schön. Die Finca ist recht abgelegen. Dies hat natürlich vor und Nachteile. Allgemein waren wir alle sehr zufrieden - Die Finca ist toll, aber viel wichtiger ist die Gruppe :D

Alles in Allem ein fast perfekter Aufenthalt.

Pros: Wir waren mit 9 Leuten dort und haben nach etwas gesucht wo wir ungestört entspannen und auch mal etwas lauter sein können ohne dass sich der Nachbar nebenan sofort gestört fühlt. Man ist hier ziemlich abgelegen, aber genau das wollten wir. Der Ort Arta ist ein kleiner Ort der zu Fuß circa 15 min entfernt ist. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft hat gestimmt. Es war ein wunderschöner Finca Urlaub. Cons: Die Schränke in der Küche sollten dringend mal ausgetauscht werden, da diese modrig riechen und das Geschirr leider somit auch. Die Suppe die wir am ersten Tag gemacht haben konnten wir leider so in die Tonne schmeißen.

Wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Jugendlichen einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Pros: Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Man konnte gut nach Arta laufen. Arta ist eine wunderschöne kleine Stadt ohne viel Tourismus aber mit guter Infrastruktur. Mit dem Auto waren wir in 20 Minuten am Meer. Da das Haus etwas höher liegt war es dort immer etwas kühler als im Ort und oft wehte ein leichter Wind. Besonders gut hat uns auch der Pool gefallen und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Cons: Die Gartenmöbel sahen schon sehr gebraucht aus. In manchen Zimmern war etwas Schimmel in den Ecken. Der Gastgeber ist aber sofort tätig geworden. Für uns war die Zimmeraufteilung etwas schwierig. Zwei Schlafzimmer sind direkt mit dem Badezimmer verbunden und haben keine extra Türe. Aber auch hierfür haben wir eine Lösung gefunden.

Luft nach oben

Eigentlich ist das Haus sehr schön...allerdings fehlt es an Pflege, Dekoration und Gemütlichkeit, sowie Sauberkeit. Hier könnte man mit wenigen Handgriffen eine top Immobilie schaffen (Gartenpflege, Sitzkissen, Küchenutensilien usw.). Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter Pedro verlief super! Er hat all unsere Beanstandungen behoben. Ebenfalls ist der Pool sehr schön.
