Everything was perfect. Amanda was a great host. If you stay here you really don't need to bring anything as far as toiletries, kitchen essentials, etc. Hope to be able to stay here again.

Great rental for anyone. I stayed there with my adult daughter but it would work well for young family with kids. This was probably the best stocked VRBO I personally have ever rented. They thought of everything. Clear communication and they really value you and make you feel welcome. I am in the area a few times a year visiting my parents and I hope to rent again!

We loved this house. A very clean 4 bedroom house at a very reasonable price. Good location in surprise and close to our relatives in Sun City.The host was very responsive throughout our stay. She even had an item that we left there delivered to a relative so that we could get it back. We will stay there again next time we visit the area.

Where to start?! Hands down, this is the best Vrbo I have stayed in. The location has everything 3 minutes away. I mean EVERYTHING. Grocery/pharmacy, coffee, dinner, and gas. The house is super spotless and equipped with all the necessities and MORE. Plenty of linens, kitchenware, and the bathrooms had additional toiletries. They had a playpen for my toddler with matress and both my kids had so much entertainment with toys and gameboards stocked. The host Amanda was a pleasure to communicate with, she even decorated a bit for my graduation! I was so happy to walk into a grad banner. Best experience ever, my family was pleased and we will be coming back!

The ease Member forgot shampoo another forgot lotion, baby needed water, one member cut themselves, one forgot toothbrush and mouthwash, another complained about heat and wanted to put up her hair another said what am I going to do without my Forgers Coffee, another left their shower cap ( hair done prior to coming for funeral)All in All everything was provided in our lodging except for the disposable shower cap, so yes our stay at this location was one of the best experiences we have had. You made a sad unfortunate funeral occasion/visit to Arizona a less stressful experience since we didn’t need to do store runs for all the things that were not packed/ forgotten.Thank you for your attention to detail and added touch!!!

We didn't have a pet but this is a perfect place for pets. There is a pet door and adequate space outside play. A great place to stay in general. Very clean. We enjoyed our state.
