The cottage is thoughtfully designed to make you feel completely at home for a month or more* stay. You can easily and comfortably work remotely at a dedicated workspace with lots of plugs, and dependable fiber-optic Wi-Fi, with a view! There is plenty of storage so you can unpack and put your things away, a 60-inch smart TV with Apple TV, Prime, Netflix, and PBS Passport included and/or login to your own services. The roomy, fully stocked kitchen includes a gas stove and all the cookware and serving pieces you’ll need. The peaceful bedroom features a new mattress, blackout shades, reading lights, and a full-length mirror. The sparkling bathroom offers ample towels, a windowed shower with excellent water pressure, and toiletries. Outside, the large deck extends the living space with lounge chairs, umbrellas, an outdoor dining table, a hose, and room for surfboards, bikes, or other sports gear. Responsible pet owners can even bring their well-behaved dog upon approval.

Stinson Beach is surrounded on all sides by spectacular, protected, and world-famous natural beauty, along with charming nearby towns and endless outdoor activities. There are two flights of stairs (some uneven) to get down to the cottage once you go through the gate at top.

Other things to note
There's a daybed for occasional guests (1 or 2 nights) during your stay but cottage is intended for 1-2 people.

Dogs OK upon approval. We love good dogs and their dog parents. Bowls, towels, and dog sheet are included. See pet parent must-do's in blue manual.

Beach towels, sheet, umbrella, and bags included.

Basic household and cooking essentials, toiletries and other consumable items are supplied at the start of your stay, with guests responsible for restocking if additional supplies are needed.

NO smoking in the cottage. Smoking if you must OK on the deck . Absolutely no parties.
