The 45m² vacation apartment Orizzonte is located in the coastal town of Palau in the northern part of Italy's island of Sardinia in the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment consists of a living room with a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower as well as a closet room and can therefore accommodate 3 people. The apartment features a Wi-Fi and a television. Children are allowed and a highchair is available (upon request). Guests can enjoy the spectacular sea view from the apartment and relax outdoors in the small private garden. A variety of restaurants, bars, and other shops located toward or along the waterfront are just 3 to 7 minutes (2 to 5 km) by car. The property is located at the entrance of Palau just 100 m from the town's main street and its many services and just 150 m from a market. The property is conveniently near the scenic Costa Smeralda area. The apartment is close to white sandy beaches such as the Sciumara Beach, only 5 minutes (1.5 km) away by car, or the Isolotto Beach, only 5 minutes (1.5 km) away by car. Guests can visit La Fortezza di Monte Altura, the Monte Altura Fortress, a historic landmark located just 6 minutes (3 km) away by car that offers a beautiful panoramic view of the marine and land beauty of the area. The Palau area currently has 32 cycling routes that wind through the beautiful mountain and oceanfront landscape. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is a 46 minute (43 km) drive from the property.

Tolles, eher einfaches Appartement mit atemberaubender Aussicht!

Cons: Das, was sofort positiv ins Auge fällt, ist der wunderschöne Ausblick vom Balkon. Auf dem Balkon gibt es übrigens immer etwas Sonne. Wer also die Sonne genießen möchte, kann das in einem begrenzten Bereich tun. Der überwiegende Teil des Balkons/der Terrasse liegt glücklicherweise im Schatten, so dass die Sonne niemals in die Räume scheint und sie so relativ kühl bleiben. Das ist auch schon das Stichwort zum kleinen Minuspunkt...es gibt keine Klimaanlage, sondern nur einen Standventilator. Wenn die Temperaturen - wie bei uns - schon immer über 30 Grad liegen, wäre halt eine Klimaanlage besser. So waren es relativ warme Nächte. Die Freundlichkeit unserer Vermieterin möchten wir hier ausdrücklich erwähnen. Sie war per WhatsApp oder Telefon immer erreichbar und für uns da!

Schönes Apartment mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer

Sehr schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung mit einer guten Größe für zwei Personen. Hervorzuheben ist der tolle Balkon mit traumhaftem, direktem Blick auf das Meer. Die Küche ist in den Wohnraum integriert - klein, aber man findet alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Neben einem Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppeltbett bietet die Wohnung auch ein separates Ankleidezimmer mit Schränken sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Zudem bietet die Unterkunft einen eigenen Privatparkplatz. Luisa, die Verwalterin der Anlage, ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sowohl das Einchecken als auch das Auschecken verliefen vollkommen problemlos. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Zum großen Sandstrand, den man vom Balkon aus sieht, spaziert man etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß, ebenso ins Zentrum von Palau mit zahlreichen Cafés, Restaurants und Eisdielen. Hier befindet sich auch der Hafen, von dem aus man in etwa 20 Minuten auf die Inseln La Maddalena und La Caprera (diese sind durch eine Brücke miteinander verbunden) gelangt - ein sehr empfehlenswerter Ausflug! Sehr praktisch: Nur wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt befinden sich zwei große Supermärkte. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden und können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
