You’ll have a private covered terrace and access to a shared terrace. Start your day with coffee at sunrise and spend long summer evenings relaxing or dining outdoors.
The property is just 100 m from the sea and the docks where you can rent boats. The nearest beach, Punta Nera, a small bay, is 100 m away. The beautiful Tegge beaches are 1 km away. The port is 500 m and the town center is 700 m from the apartment. Bars, restaurants, and cafés are a 6-minute walk (450 m), and the nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away (400 m). Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is about a 1.5-hour drive (50 km).
Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Please ensure pets do not cause any damage or disturbance on the property.
Wi-Fi is available. The entrance and interior are step-free. Parking inside the building is not permitted.
The apartment is on the ground floor and accessible for guests with reduced mobility, though the bathroom is not suitable for wheelchairs, walkers, or strollers. A baby cot is provided, but no high chair.
