Three bedrooms, ( two single beds and two double beds), two bathrooms fully equipped. In the residential compound there is a small private beach, a swimming pool and a tennis court. Sea view from every window and front view of the island of Caprera. Private parking

È stata una bellissima vacanza grazie alla posizione ideale di Villa Margherita e ai preziosi consigli dei gentilissimi proprietari. A due minuti a piedi dalla spiaggetta privata del residence, la veranda con vista sul mare per mangiare tutti insieme. Villaggio Piras è a 5min dal supermercato e a 10min da La Maddalena. Caprera è a solo a 10min in macchina, poi dipende dove si vuole andare. Cucina dotata di tutto e di più. Tutte le camere hanno la vista sul mare e su Caprera. Torneremo sicuramente per esplorare altre spiagge meravigliose. Grazie mille!

Wunderbares Haus, wunderbare Insel!

La Maddalena ist ein absolutes Traumziel, und das Haus ist sehr hübsch und mit allem eingerichtet, was man so braucht. Im Mai scheint die Sonne vor allem morgens auf die Terrasse, und man kann vom Haus aus grandiose Sonnenaufgänge sehen. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Wohnanlage, die im Mai so gut wie leer war (für uns absolut richtig!). Der Pool wird anscheinend erst Mitte Mai eröffnet (dann fängt die Saison so langsam an), aber der war für uns ohnehin nicht wichtig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und gut per Handy zu erreichen. Sehr praktisch sind die Mückengitter an allen Fenstern, die aber auch leicht zu öffnen sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wenn man La Maddalena erleben will, wenn es nicht so voll ist, ist der Mai eine sehr gute Wahl.

La casa si trova in una posizione incantevole, dotata di tutti i servizi, (la piscina chiusa dal 15/09 ma non necessaria visto il contesto fantastico) comoda per raggiungere tutte le spiagge dell’isola. Vacanza magnifica e indimenticabile Ringraziamo la proprietà per l’accoglienza e ospitalità

Tutto perfetto

La casa risponde a tutte le caratteristiche descritte nell'annuncio, è dotata di ogni comfort e tutto è perfettamente funzionante; l'arredamento è completo e molto curato, la cucina completamente attrezza. Una menzione particolare per lo spazio esterno davvero piacevolissimo, anch'esso sistemato con gusto e attenzione ai particolari e con vista spettacolare sulla scogliera e su Capraia. Posto auto riservato di fronte all'abitazione. La proprietaria è gentilissima, disponibile, molto precisa e attenta. Consigliatissimo!

Haus in toller Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf La Maddalena. Das Beste am Haus war der Ausblick von der Terrasse und Elternschlafzimmer aufs Meer. Ein technisches Problem hat die Vermieterin zeitnah behoben und sich äußerst höflich für die Umstände entschuldigt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Der Pool ist übrigens bewacht und vormittags und nachmittags je 3 Stunden geöffnet.

Wunderbar!

Wir haben einen großartigen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht! Vor allem die überdachte Terrasse ist traumhaft und gemütlich (mit Blick direkt auf das Meer). Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und in bestem Zustand. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Tennisplatz und Pool haben wir mit den Kindern ausgiebig genutzt. Die Vermieter Giovanna und Giuseppe waren wirklich sehr freundlich und standen für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Bei kleineren Fragen konnte man sich auch an einen Hausverwalter vor Ort wenden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Einladender, angenehmer Ort für erholsame Ferien.

Die Umgebung war friedlich und es hatte eine schöne Gartenanlage. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der nähe. Die Betten waren etwas Hart aber das Haus war sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet.

Non potevamo chiedere di più

La sistemazione ha superato le aspettative Il posto è incantevole e la casa perfettamente attrezzata Se dovessi tornare alla Maddalena senza dubbio considererei la medesima location Abbiamo anche ricevuto sempre una veloce risposta alle nostre domande e pronta assistenza Assolutamente necessario un mezzo di trasporto perché il villaggio non ha servizi Un po’ complesse le connessioni telefoniche e alla rete specie se si è in parecchi ad averne bisogno Tv non funzionante ma non abbiamo insistito perché per noi superflua Consiglio la proprietà di aggiungere una piccola radio Vista anche la bellezza dell’isola posso dire una vacanza perfetta

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt direkt am Meer

Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl in dem wunderschönen Haus gefühlt. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Die meiste Zeit haben wir auf der herrlichen Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer verbracht. Man kann gut viele unterschiedliche Strände erreichen, auch zwei Supermärkte sind in der Nähe.

Semplicemente bellissima

Vista fantastica, tranquillità e arredamento completo e curato dai proprietari. Siamo stati accolti da loro in persona e con gentilezza e precisione ci hanno spiegato tutto quello che c'era da sapere. Solo la veranda o la vista dalla camera da letto al 1 piano giustificherebbero un soggiorno in questa struttura. La casa è posta alla fine della strada del villaggio Piras, quindi il passaggio di auto è praticamente nullo. Ottima base di partenza per visitare l'arcipelago. Da consigliare e tornare

Settimana fantastica nell’arcipelago della Maddalena

Io insieme alla mia famiglia abbiamo avuto il privilegio di soggiornare nella magnifica casa della Signora Giovanna, proprietaria gentilissima, molto disponibile che ci ha fornito moltissime indicazioni e suggerimenti per vivere a pieno la vacanza. L’abitazione immersa nel verde del Villaggio Piras rispetta tutte le caratteristiche descritte nel l’annuncio, vista mare da sogno, arredata con gusto e piena di ogni comfort. Senza parlare della Comoda spiaggia privata dove la tranquillità la fa da padrona. Consiglio a tutti di provare questa fantastica esperienza.

Bellissima

La casa è talmente carina e comoda che insieme ad i miei amici abbiamo preferito passare le serate in casa piuttosto che al ristorante! Veramente molto bella e pena di comfort, non manca nulla! Bellissima vista su Caprera. La titolare Giovanna molto disponibile per qualsiasi domanda e richiesta!

Magnifique, calme, reposant ...

Magnifique petite location sur une île splendide, loin du tourisme de masse en août en Sardaigne. Plus de 10 plages et criques splendides à moins de 15 min de route de la maisonnette. Résidence très soignée, fleurie +++ avec une grande piscine, terrain de boule, terrain de tennis et même petit accès à la mer pour séance de snorkeling (poissons +++). Le gros point fort de cette location est sa terrasse extérieure qui est en fait la pièce à vivre, avec une large vue sur la mer. Très calme, reposant, agréable, tout est réuni pour passer de magnifiques vacances. Encore merci à M et Mme Cancellerini pour leur accueil, leur réactivité dans la communication, leur souci de notre bien-être. Nous recommandons +++

Spettacolare!

Bell’appartamento, su due piani, con veranda per pranzare/cenare vista mare. Bellissimo contesto in residence privato, con piscina e campo da tennis a dispozione. Proprietaria molto molto gentile e disponibile (abbiamo avuto un piccolo intoppo per la biancheria, prontamente risolto). A 3km dal centro del paese, a 1km dalla spiaggia di spalmatore. Sicuramente da consigliare!

Magnifique logement en bord de mer , au sein d'une propriété tout confort

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans la maison de Giovanna. La terrasse ombragée permet de prendre tous les repas dehors. Quand le soleil se couche, le soir, la lumière est magique. Tout se teinte de rose et est en harmonie. La maison est correctement équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Et la propriété permet d'accéder à une petite plage plaisante, à une piscine d'eau de mer et à des tennis. L'ensemble est extrêmement bien entretenu et les habitants font attention à respecter le calme de chacun. Voiture nécessaire pour se rendre à la maison mais aussi pour visiter les plages alentours. Mention spéciale pour les marches sur caprera Bref, que du bonheur, ne pas hésiter

Vacanza da sogno...è difficile trovare di meglio..

La posizione della casa ed i servizi (piscina + tennis + mare) sono da sogno... penso sia veramente difficile trovare di meglio. Anche nel bel mezzo del mese di agosto tranquillità assicurata. L'inserzione anche se molto ben articolata non potrà mai rendere l'idea della realtà. Ottime le informazioni ricevute dalla proprietaria Sig.ra Giovanna e da il custode Sig Giuliano. C.o.n.s.i.g.l.i.a.t.i.s.s.i.m.o !!!!!!!

Petit coin de paradis

Maison très confortable, bien équipée, soignée dans les moindres détails, meublée avec goût et savoir faire. Terrasse magnifique avec vue imprennable sur la mer. Nous avons eu la chance de voir des dauphins au large, les étoiles et la pleine lune, superbe! Répos absolu. Calme, tranquillité... Points faibles: le tri sélectif est très compliqué; Il n'y a pas de magasins à proximité; il faut prendre la voiture pour se déplacer et réjoindre les plages.
