About this property

Costa Serena, cottage near the sea.

Costa Serena, terraced house, consisting of three rooms with two bedrooms, living room with open kitchen, veranda and garden. It is 100 meters from the sea (three minutes walk) and from the beautiful beach of Costa Serena. In the residential complex guests can use a saltwater swimming pool, a swimming pool for the little ones, tennis courts, bar, restaurant pizzeria, service center, minimarket. Possibility of renting dinghies at the small port of Isola dei Gabbiani and at the port of Palau for splendid trips to the Maddalena Archipelago. The house is located near Palau (4 km) Porto Rafael (2 km) Isola dei Gabbiani and Porto Pollo (4km) kingdom of windsurfing and kitesurfing. Costa Serena is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub and is perfect for both families with children and couples looking for relaxation or sports activities. It is also ideal for nightlife. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the unique location a few steps from the sea, the outdoor spaces and the atmosphere. The pool is open from June 1st to September 30th.
The supply of bed/bath linen is available at a cost of 25 euros per person per stay.
Please note that the Sardinia Region requires the payment of a tourist tax of 3 euros from 12 years of age.

La mia prima vacanza a quattro zampe

Mi è piaciuta molto conoscevo il posto c'er0 già stata anni fa ma mi sembra che l'acqua per arrivare alla spiaggia si sia alzata perciò andavamo a quella poco più avanti con l'auto comunque ho notato che tutte le spiagge intorno sono aimé vietate ai cani ( ione ho uno piccolo comunque sarei stata passibile di multa questa è un'i formazione che bisogna dare il resto tutto bello mare splendido casa ordinatissima camere piccole e bagno senza finestra ma va bene per qualche giorno di vacanza . Vorrei Ringraziare anche la proprietaria che ci ha concesso molto gentilmente di rimanere fino alle 15 del pomeriggio avevamo il traghetto alle 19.30 . Io la consiglio ma la spiaggia annessa è un po' impervia per arrivarci comunque bella saluti Salutola Sardegna meravigliosa rosa
