Children's playground (slide, swing). Private: garden, parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 1.2 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Lipno nad Vltavou, Kobylnice" 300 m, grass beach 250 m, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Sports harbour 1.5 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, cycle lane 200 m, chair lift 2 km, skisport facilities 2 km, ski bus stop 200 m, ski school 2 km. Nearby attractions: Aquaworld Lipno 2 km, Hopsárium 2 km, Bobová dráha 2.5 km, Stezka korunami stromů 3.5 km, Království Lesa 3.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Skiareál Lipno 2 km. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. Tolles Ferienhaus

Ein schönes Ferienhaus, etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum, aber mit Blick auf den Lipnostausee. Das Haus ist sauber und modern eingerichtet. Mit deutschen Fernsehprogrammen hatten wir so unsere Probleme, dafür haben wir aber viele lustige Spieleabende verbracht. Leider war in unserer Urlaubswoche die Seilbahn zum Baumwipfelpfad geschlossen, genau wie der Supermarkt im Zentrum (Umbau). Absolut zu empfehlen ist die Pizzeria Milano, Preis-Leistung ist top. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und das Feriendorf wird von uns weiterempfohlen.

Ubytování čisté, příjemné. Skvěle vybavená kuchyňka. Oceňuji též pračku a sušičku. Možnost zatopit si v krbových kamnech jsme též velice ocenili. Na recepci příjemný , ochotný personál. Vřele ubytování doporučuji.
