Villa "Marta" with Pool, Garden, and Terrace

Located in Playa Blanca, the beautiful Villa Marta spans two floors and welcomes you with its high-quality interior and charming outdoor spaces. The 150 m² holiday home features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. You will also find high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and air conditioning in the master bedroom. Upon request and with advance notice, the host can provide a high chair and a cot. This property is not recommended for children under two years old.



On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen, pool and terrace, living area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Upstairs, there is a spacious terrace and a bedroom with a private bathroom. Outside, enjoy a well-kept garden, covered terrace, sun terrace with loungers, outdoor shower, and a pool (7 x 5 m) with at least weekly cleaning and optional heating available for an extra fee. Take in views of the volcanoes and relax in the outdoor seating area.



Less than 100 m away, you will find an award-winning restaurant and luxury facilities with massage lounge, spa, and gourmet shop offering unique bakery products and breakfast orders. The promenade is just 50 m away. The property offers private outdoor parking for two vehicles. Restaurants and supermarkets are 500 m away (2 minutes by car). Pets are not allowed. Villa described perfectly

Villa was beautiful, in a quiet location but well placed for the beach, shops & restaurants. Villa was spacious and immaculate, also had all mod-cons and very comfortable. Would definitely return.

Enjoyable stay!

Having stayed numerous times in PB villas, we found Villa Marta was as described and spotlessly clean .. but improvements could be made with communication.There was a language barrier with the property manager and no information pack.Very surprised that there was no pool clean during our 8 night stay.Feel the villa would benefit from some outdoor furniture on the upstairs bedroom terrace.

Fantastic Villa

The villa was as anticipated as the description on VRBO was accurate, we are seasoned visitors to Playa Blanca so know the area very well and have stayed at many villas in the area previously, this has given us an advantage in appraising this villa. We asked for the pool to be heated from a few days prior to our arrival as we are all too aware of the time it takes to make a difference, by the time we arrived it was a great temperature and certainly enhanced our stay. The Airconditioning to the main bedroom on the upper floor was really efficient and again made this villa outstanding from those we stayed in before, it still totally surprises us that Lanzarote owners do not take advantage of the near constant sunshine and employ solar panels throughout to provide aircon and pool heating. Our property manager Tatiana was responsive to requests and WhatsApp is by far the best way to communicate. We will definitely return to Villa Marta We had 2 friends from the USA stay with us who had no idea about Lanzarote, they were blown away by everything and villa Marta was in part to thank for that.
