This Condo offers great Gulf Views and pool side. Step out the back slider through your personal gate to enjoy your large pool access and only a few steps to the white sandy beach. This beautiful condo was recently renovated with comfort and taste. Grand Panama Beach Resort, is one of the newest and most luxurious resorts in Panama City Beach Florida. Upon arrival at Grand Panama you will notice the quality and special touches that this fantastic property has to offer.
Our beachfront unit 104 is on the 1st floor, with a poolside gated patio exclusive to your unit. Just steps away from the BBQ Grill/Pool /Beach/ Tiki Bar and Hot Tub. No waiting for elevators! Everything in the unit is new and was professionally decorated. This is a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, with bunk alcove area built in . This unit offers a TV in each bedroom as well as WiFi access through out the Condo.

You will enjoy this upscale resort and all the amenities. The beach is beautiful and the property is stunning with fantastic tropical landscaping and is located within 1/2 mile from M.B Miller Fishing Pier. It's also located within walking distance to Shipwreck Island Water Park, Shopping and Wine/Spirit Store as well as local Restaurants.

You can spend a day at the beach, dine out, do some shopping, exercise or swim in one of the 2 awesome pools. There is roughly 55,000 square feet of retail shopping within Grand Panama for you to enjoy. Nearby are many attractions for your family enjoyment.

You can stay home and cook in the fully furnished kitchen if you desire, or check out one of the many restaurants or eateries nearby or on property. The views from the private gated access Patio are fantastic and unobstructed. And only steps away from the Tiki Bar! (open seasonally)

End of June Vacation

This was our 3rd time staying at the Grand Panama Resort, our first time on the first floor. It was great! Loved not having to wait for yhe elevator, my kids really enjoyed the quick proximity to the pool, and our dog loves coming with us. Check in was quick since we did the pre-registration as recommended by our hosts! We used the gym almost every day. The location is super great since traffic is not an issue at this location. We look forward to staying here again on the near future!

Beautiful Place to Stay

This property was everything the listing said it was. You could walk out your backdoor and the pool area was a few feet away. Walk a few more yards and you were on the beach. Richard, the property manager, was extremely helpful and accommodating (even when the older renters, like me, couldn't figure out the tv remote). The condo was well maintained, and the property's grounds were as well. This was a great place to stay.

Fantastic Location

When selecting this property I was looking for something on the first floor to keep from fighting with elevators. We were very pleased with the location, you could take 15 steps off the porch and be at the pool or tiki bar. The beach was only a bit farther. Room was very clean and exactly as described. Though the master bedroom states that it has a queen, I’m pretty sure it is a king sized mattress. We would gladly stay here again.

This property is well located, near pool & with beach views. Coffee, cocktails & cafe right across the street. We got to include our pet and the property was clean & comfortable with all the extras (blankets, nice bedding, extra toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, soaps, etc). Very well done rental, nicely maintained with the perfect spaces for everyone to spread out. Comfortable and convenient condo

Owners are quick to respond and very helpful. Beds are furniture were comfortable. The convenience of the ground floor unit was terrific. Easy access to the pool and beach. Unloading and loading was a breeze. Very close to the pet walk area. The benefits and convenience far outweighed the little bit of noise from the hallway. We would happily stay here again.

Perfect for my family

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as pictured. The location was perfect to met our needs of a family with 3 teenagers and my mother-in-law traveling with us. We also loved that it was on the first floor and we were able to walk right out to the pool and beach without waiting for an elevator. When the tv in the room my mother-in-law was staying in started messing up, we call the maintenance number provided, and he showed up with a brand new tv and hooked it up. The property owner Richard provided great communication before and during our stay. We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

Labor Day Getaway

Unit location was very convenient, not dealing with elabators was great. Unit was clean except minor issues which we took care of. Convenient for pool use. Only drawback is noise issue from elavators at night and loud music from pool users, made it hard to enjoy patio area. Overall was a nice unit and well maintained.

Wonderful Location and Beautifully Maintained

The location could not have been better because it was close enough to everything without all the noise and traffic problems. The first floor unit was great because there were no elevators to deal with. It's perfect for families because the children can go right out the door to the pool and parents can still see them. At night you just sit on the balcony or open the doors and you're lulled to sleep by the sounds of the water. Inside it looks like a model home with all the amenities of a high-end hotel. And no, we didn't know the owners before this nor have we been there before. Just sayin'.
