2025 fully rennovated 2-bedroom condo. , All brand new amenities , guests find a terrific space featuring one king bed and one queen bed perfect for a restful night. Two bathrooms offer convenience, each equipped with a shower and hair dryer sheets ,towels wash cloths kitchen fully equipped beach chairs ,bech umbrealla cooler and beach towels . The condo stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1 set of keys without the garage opener is returned to the lock box in 802 garage secure combination lock .One set of keys and gargse opener remains in the condominm in the brown basket on console
All beach chairs beach cart and umbrella to be stored in the appropriate places in the condo. Please review the instruction book for any additional requirement upon check out.
Upon check out all towels linens placed on bedroom for housekeeping televisions unpluggeds remotescontrol on coffe table bedroomremote left turn off lightd and fans draw all blinds
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
SECURITY DEPOSITS $1500.OO FOR COndo\ $100 seurity depost for association damages to the condo deducted by VRBO 16yrs and under with an adult
