Location of the accommodation:
In the small village of Zweedorf near the Baltic Sea resorts of Rerik and Kühlungsborn. The Baltic Sea resorts of Rerik (5 km) and Kühlungsborn (11 km) feature wide, white sandy beaches along the Baltic Sea, playgrounds right on the beach, piers, and long beach promenades lined with cafés, restaurants, and great shopping.

Leisure Activities at the Holiday Destination:
In the Baltic Sea resorts, you’ll find a cinema, swimming pool, boat rentals, tennis, restaurants, and cafés, as well as a water sports centre (sailing, surfing), and an ice rink. There’s also a golf course and Germany’s oldest horse racing track (15 km). The historic Hanseatic city of Rostock (31 km) and the World Heritage city of Wismar (31 km) with a harbour, zoo, shopping district, and historic old town (approx. 30 minutes by car).

Construction:
The Ostsee-Landhaus is a former horse stable built in 1886. It was completely reconstructed from 1999 to 2000 using building materials that are safe for health and converted into the current Ostsee-Landhaus. A hybrid heat pump system installed in 2015 supplies the house with heat and hot water by utilising geothermal energy, air, and solar power. This house uses only electricity from renewable sources.
