I wish you would have reached out to me to walk you through how to lower it, or I could have done that for you, through the app. I never heard from you before or during your stay and would have been more than happy to do that for you.

The host was very nice but the property was not clean. We found used feminine products in one of the bedroom trash cans and dog hair on everything. We told the host and he sent someone to change trash immediately and was very nice about everything.
