Set both thermostats to air conditioning and 76 degrees. (only if not using the optional grand master)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
OCCUPANCY: Only guest included in the booking are permitted to be on-site.
PARTIES: No parties, large gatherings or events are allowed.
QUIET HOURS: Strictly observed from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors.

We had a great time at Diane's property, it was clean, spacious and in a convenient location. Diane was super responsive whenever we had questions and made the whole stay a breeze. The pool was fantastic and everything was well stocked and ready for our arrival. We would gladly stay here again!
