The home is equipped with an ADT security alarm and a pool alarm system. A unique guest access code will be generated prior to arrival.



Pool heat is available upon request for an additional fee of $1,000 per month.

Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee.. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy:

For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

Security Deposit Policy:

A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
