- The estate features 5 elegantly appointed bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, including a primary Master Bedroom with a King bed, three guest rooms featuring a King bed each, and a fifth bedroom equipped with 2 Full-size beds.

- Inside, the air-conditioned interiors serve as a tranquil haven featuring towering ceilings, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar, an elegant formal dining room, a relaxing indoor living zone with a television, a Sonos sound system to fill the air with your favorite tunes, and full laundry facilities.

Guests can take a refreshing dip in the heated swimming pool, unwind in the bubbling 8-guest jacuzzi, or sway gently in a hammock under the shaded gazebo.

To make your movements through the community completely seamless, a golf cart can be provided upon request, and the estate includes free private parking on-site for up to 4 vehicles.

- Booking, Policies, & Community Services: To protect the peaceful atmosphere of this family-oriented community, the primary signing renter must be at least 30 years of age, and the standard maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 10 guests.

- Casa Piedra Blanca enforces a strict no-smoking policy both indoors and outdoors, subject to a mandatory $500 USD penalty for violations.

- To safeguard the premium finishes of the home, general pets are not permitted; however, small dogs may be considered with prior approval, photo submission, and a daily fee of $150 USD plus taxes.

- Your stay includes professional gardening and pool maintenance services twice a week, and all listed luxury rental rates are subject to an additional $15 USD fee and 20% tax.
