Lovely property with a wonderfully quiet setting and great views. There’s plenty of outdoor seating and dining space to enjoy, and the open floor plan with a well-stocked kitchen let our whole family socialize together comfortably. Gordon, our host, was terrific -he answered all our questions before the trip and gave us great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. We would definitely stay again!

This property was a peaceful retreat. The folding slider doors were our favorite part of this home. We enjoyed dinner on the patio and the evening sunsets. This property was close to town, close to the beach, and not far from CalPoly. The kitchen was adequately stocked for our cooking needs. While the home does have AC, it is very noisy. The host was friendly, helpful and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay!

Thanks for this nice review, Lynelle. I'm sorry that the AC was noisy, but I thank you for letting us know, as we were not aware of any issues. It's so helpful when guests tell us about deficiencies so we can address them. I've already contacted the installer and hope that we'll have it fixed - whatever "it" is! Thankfully Arroyo Grande is relatively close to the ocean and usually has a nice breeze that comes in through the open accordion doors leading to the patio.
