Unit 1701 boasts 3 bedrooms and a bonus room with beach access directly from the building. This spacious (2234 SF) condo is located on the east corner of the 17 floor and offers the most beautiful beach views from the living area and balcony. Pair that with the buildings AMAZING resort amenities and you are in for a vacation that you will never forget.

This stunning beachfront unit has an open living/ dining/ kitchen floorplan for comfortable conversation, reading a good book or watching the large flat screen TV.

Cooks in the family are sure to love the well-equipped chef’s kitchen, complete with stainless appliances, gas range, and huge double-door refrigerator. You will find everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or a quick snack. The large dining table and bar seating provides comfortable seating for 10.
