Clem, my co-host, and her team will greet you upon arrival and serve as your expert concierge during your stay. She can arrange everything from airport transfers, tours, restaurant reservations, and groceries, to any number of high-touch services. Clem has lived in Tulum for many years, and knows Tulum's hidden gems as well as its trendiest foodie spots.

This villa is located in ALDEA ZAMA, one of Tulum's most upscale neighborhoods, positioned between the town center and the hotel zone. You'll find cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores all within walking distance.

The town center of Tulum is roughly a 10-minute drive away, offering a range of dining options, bars, convenience stores, souvenir shops, and charming local experiences. The Tulum beaches and hotel zone are around 10-15 minutes by car, depending on your specific destination and traffic conditions. In this area, you'll also find high-end dining options, additional souvenir shops, fantastic beach clubs, bars, boutiques, cenotes, and numerous other attractions for a complete Tulum Jungle-Beach experience.

Located in Aldea Zama’s prestigious neighborhood, you’ll be just a 6-minute drive from Tulum’s pristine beach strip, with cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

There's also the option of Luxury VIP SUV which is $299 one way / $585 round trip for up to 5 people.

An extra fee may apply if party members land in different terminals or outside business hours.

There is plenty of free parking in front of the house. Your concierge can arrange taxis or a private driver.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Water shortages and power outages are not uncommon in Tulum right now. We do our best to keep our guests comfortable when this happens but want you to be aware of the possibility in advance.
