Quiet neighborhood but close enough to all of the conveniences. Host was great and the house had everything we needed. It was so nice being able to park our rental car in the garage every night.

We were in town for our daughter-in-law’s baby shower. The location was great, close to our kids and close to everything else. Nice, clean, big house in a quiet neighborhood. It was actually less expensive than a hotel room.

Perfect home with fabulous hosts!! Exactly as pictured and great for our family of 4. Close to restaurants, stores, etc. Hosts were beyond helpful and a joy to work with. Highly recommend this home in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Would rent again. 10/10.

Our stay was wonderful, as always! Randy is such a great host! He is always available if anything is needed and he stays in contact with you. His home is comfortable, clean, and exactly as presented. This is our 3rd stay and it is always our first choice when heading to Surprise.
