We rent out a beautiful, barrier-free holiday apartment/house in a rural setting, featuring a stunning view of Nettetal, a large outdoor pool for guests’ use, an enclosed covered terrace, and a beautifully landscaped garden for guests’ use.

The holiday apartment is located in the climatic health resort of Hinsbeck (41334 Nettetal). The Nettetal landscape is characterised by lakes, streams, forests, meadows, and marshes. In the region, you can enjoy a variety of recreational activities, including golf and mini-golf, cycling, hiking, and rock climbing. The Maas-Schwalm-Nette Nature Park on the Lower Rhine, for example, is a paradise for cyclists. There are also several restaurants in the area worth visiting, or you can enjoy the evening on the terrace and use the provided grill.


The holiday rental is also very centrally located in relation to other cities. Düsseldorf is 40 km (a 30-minute drive) from the property, Mönchengladbach is 30 km (a 20-minute drive), and Venlo is 15 km (a 10-minute drive) away.

The holiday rental features 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a refrigerator (including a freezer), a washing machine, a living area, a terrace with access to the garden, and a bathroom with a shower.

This holiday rental also has plenty to offer children! The property is situated on a plot of land that’s just under 6,500 square metres and borders a small forest. On the property, you’ll find chickens, little chicks, turkeys, fish, and turtles just waiting to be fed by the kids. Squirrels also stop by from time to time, and if you’d like to learn more about bees, you can watch the 7 bee colonies at work.

- 2 electric bikes available for rent; rental fee is €15 per bike per day
- No smoking and no pets allowed
- Towels and bed linens are provided upon arrival. For stays of 7 nights or more, they are changed once a week at no extra charge. A washing machine is also available.
- Free private parking is also available at the property
- Free Wi-Fi is available. The internet connection is designed for normal use; uninterrupted use for online gaming or other bandwidth-intensive applications cannot be guaranteed.
- Shopping options (ice cream shop, supermarket, pharmacy, etc.) are a 10-minute walk away
