The property is professionally cleaned and inspected after each stay, and guests are financially responsible for any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, stains, odors, or misuse of the property beyond normal wear and tear; all such charges will be billed through the booking platform or collected as permitted.

Starter supplies are provided for use during the stay only and may not be removed from the property.

Guests agree not to tamper with, disable, or interfere with any security devices, WiFi equipment, smoke detectors, or property fixtures. Exterior security cameras are in place at entry points for safety and verification purposes only, and any tampering will result in immediate termination of the stay.

Parking must be in designated areas only, and violations may result in towing at the guest’s expense.

Guests agree to maintain the property in good condition, dispose of trash properly, and follow all checkout instructions; failure to do so may result in additional fees.

Setting the thermostat excessively low or high, running the system continuously with doors or windows open, or attempting to override, tamper with, or disable thermostat controls is strictly prohibited. Guests may not access, adjust, or interfere with HVAC equipment, panels, or system settings beyond normal use. Any misuse, tampering, or behavior that causes system strain, malfunction, or excessive utility usage may result in additional charges, service fees, or repair costs billed to the guest. The host reserves the right to remotely adjust the thermostat if settings fall outside acceptable limits or pose risk to the system.
