This modern holiday home is located near the beach and can accommodate 4 people.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with a fireplace and an open kitchen. The kitchen is comfortably equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor. Each of the two bedrooms on the upper floor has an adjoining bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The house features a south-facing terrace accessible from the living room and two parking spaces.
Another house of identical construction is located on the property and is connected to this house by a connecting structure. A cosy sauna is available for both houses.
You can safely store your bicycles in the lockable garden shed.

Mit der unkomplizierten Buchung fängt es an, zwischenzeitlich wird man auf dem Laufenden gehalten, zum Urlaubsbeginn ist alles organisiert und dann muss man meist viel zu schnell wieder Abschied nehmen ;) Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Ostseeurlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Zingst. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und man kann sich hier sehr wohl fühlen. Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend, alles was man braucht kann man zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erledigen. Entfernung zum Meer maximal 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder hier her.
