This semi-detached home is designed to accommodate six people and is located in an idyllic holiday destination right in the heart of town. The half of the house features 4 rooms, 3 of which are bedrooms, all located on the ground floor. Half of the house, No. 5a, has a living area of approximately 120 m². The semi-detached house features an open-concept living/dining area with a high-quality kitchen and a large furnished terrace. Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed (160x200 cm with full-length mattresses) and ample storage space for your clothes. There is also a spacious bathroom with a glass shower, sink, bathtub, and toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire unit. For semi-detached house No. 5a, 2 parking spaces are available on the property.

There’s plenty of space for a family holiday or a getaway with friends at our modern holiday destination, “Heideröschen Park.” Spread across 11 semi-detached houses, you can enjoy your holiday with 4–6 people in these lovingly designed homes. A fireplace and a spacious terrace ensure cosy moments. Wi-Fi and parking spaces are available free of charge throughout the entire complex.

War schön gewesen

Das Haus liegt an einem tagsüber stark befahrenen Kreisverkehr. Das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt. Gardinen am Küchenfenster zur befahrenen Straße fehlen. Mangels fehlender Steckdosen gingen nicht alle Nachtischlampen. Ansonsten hatten wir viel Platz und es war alles da was man braucht.
