Home met all our needs! Was in a quiet and mature neighborhood. Nice yard for entertaining, and spacious inside too for our large family and two small fur babies. My favorite part was the awesome game room - as the older teens felt like they had their own space. Don't forget the movie night touches supplied by the host gave this place the extra special feel of home and vacation. Book this place as it's a winner!

I was very happy staying at this property. It was clean, spacious, and modern, with all the amenities. The property host, Brenda, responded quickly when I had questions. She was friendly and attentive to my requests.I am so pleased with this experience, and I plan to visit Arkansas in the near future and rebook at this property.

The house was easy to find, in a great neighborhood, and felt very secure upon arrival. The inside was clean and extremely well kept. The beds were soft and comfy, and the couches were just the same. The upstairs main space is large and spacious: enough to accommodate all 10 individuals while eating dinner. Downstairs, the ping pong table, pool-golf, and pop-a-shot were a hit. We only stayed one night since we were there for the Chili Pepper Cross Country Festival the next morning, but every person in our group wished we could have stayed another night. The host was great at communicating the details of our stay, along with going the extra mile to make sure we knew of some local restaurants for dinner on Friday night. While it was a little more expensive than a hotel, it is something that definitely made the 5-hour trip more enjoyable and unique for everyone involved!
