Message the Host: Send a quick message to let us know once you’ve checked out.

Check-Out Time: Please be sure to check out by 10:00 AM, as the cleaner will be arriving shortly after.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No parties. Large gatherings of more than 8 people are not allowed. Keep noise down after 9:00 PM.

No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house. Violators will be charged a $350 cleaning fee.

Pets are welcome with prior notice and payment of a $40 pet fee. Shoes must be removed upon entering. No shoes are to be worn inside the house.

The property is the perfect size for a small family group gathering. We had 5 adults and three kids and it was perfect! The property was clean and when we did experience an inconvenience it was responded to and rectified immediately. Which was very much appreciated. All in all great property and responsive host.
