This adorable home provides a welcoming retreat after a glorious day enjoying beautiful Panama City Beach. Inside, guests find a pleasant mix of sleeping options, including a king bed, 2 full beds, a bunk bed, and a twin trundle bed. Two full bathrooms offer showers & bathtubs. The living room invites guests to unwind on a comfy sofa bed. Our spacious covered back patio has plenty of seating and an outdoor TV. A firepit, gas and charcoal grills, and an outdoor shower with hot & cold water offer inviting outdoor living spaces. Beach chairs and a beach cart are also available for your enjoyment and convenience. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at "Kissing Palms."

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all sheets on beds, and leave used beds unmade so that the housekeeper knows which ones to change.
Be sure to leave all TVs on the original settings/connections as when you arrived. Sign out of your personal apps.
If you don't mind starting a load of towels in the washing machine, that would be extra helpful.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
*You MUST disclose if you plan to bring an animal and pay a $50 pet fee. You must read and agree to our pet policy and furnish a copy of shot records.
