The Space:

Casa Azure by Oraklus offers a thoughtfully designed layout, perfect for a luxurious Malibu getaway. The house features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each offering a tranquil retreat. The Master Bedroom boasts a King bed, providing a spacious and comfortable sanctuary. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each feature Queen beds, ensuring ample space for all guests. The Master Bathroom is a private oasis, and there are two additional full bathrooms and one half bathroom for convenience. The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Step outside to enjoy the patio or balcony, perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning views. The living areas are designed for both comfort and entertainment, with features like a TV and sound system. Throughout the house, you'll find amenities such as air conditioning, heating, and wireless internet, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive access to the entire house, except for the garage. Enjoy the four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Amenities include a BBQ grill, balcony, and backyard.

NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES

ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION



No parties, loud music or gatherings of more than 7 people allowed in the house

No music after 10pm

Pets allowed on a case by case basis - please check with host before check in - $90 per pet/per day

Smoking prohibited indoors (outdoors ok) - $250 fine

$35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel

$35 charge per stained pillow cover

$200 charge per stained sheets/duvet cover

$200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning



Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.



Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you.
