Stay comfortably in San Diego at this pleasant 1-bedroom house. The bedroom features a double bed that extends to king size bed, perfect for a restful night. Guests can unwind in the cozy living room, which includes a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower with a seating bench inside for convenience. Climate control keeps the space comfortable with both heating and AC. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your day, this serene retreat provides a fabulous base. This is a guest house on my property and we would share our outdoor living space with you. We have a couple of small dogs with that love attention. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay – we’re happy to suggest local spots to check out. There’s tons of nightlife within walking distance

My wife and I are both born and raised in San Diego. We are very active ppl that love spending time with our 2 little dogs that share the property with us. We built this guest house to share our space with friends and family whenever visiting but also wanted to share with visitors looking for a comfortable stay while enjoying our peaceful and relaxing community.

Why they chose this property

Normal Heights is a very family and pet friendly community. You’ll find people are very active in the area, walking, jogging, biking and tons of dog walking. All surrounding communities were built in the early 1900’s so there a lot of charm with each individual home. I chose a craftsman style home as it is my favorite. Popular Adams Ave is just a few blocks away and it offers a variety of dining and shopping experiences. Thriving North Park is also the adjacent neighborhood that is a 2 min drive or 10 min walk from my home.
The local bay and beaches are a short 10-12 min drive as well as Little Italy and The Gaslamp District.

What makes this property unique

We took our time trying to use every single square foot of this small but extremely cute little house. There is a side seating area available for a morning coffee or a just a relaxing spot in the evening with beautiful lighting so you can enjoy the beautiful weather in San Diego.
We also have a larger sized backyard that features an outdoor cooking area with a pizza oven that we would love to share with our guests. There’s plenty of sitting space there as well.
