Wir kommen irgendwann wieder

Die Anreise war wie die letzten Jahre Problemlos und wir haben uns gefreut Bea wieder zu sehen, Das Haus liegt nicht direkt an der Straße, das macht den Urlaub etwas erholsamer da man dadurch mehr Ruhe bekommt. Kurzer Fußweg zum Spa und zum Meer. Für die Treppe nach oben wäre ein Antirutschband gut für wenn es mal in der Nacht regnet da die Stufen dann sehr glatt waren. Oben wäre schön wenn dort 2 Stühle wären um den Sonnenuntergang dort genießen zu können. Sowie für unten einen Rattansessel mehr für wenn man mit 5 Personen kommt. Eine Spülmaschine wäre schön und ein Handlauf für ältere am Pool.

Ferienhaus mit Luft nach oben

An dem Ferienhaus hat uns ganz besonders die Lage in einem schönem, sauberem Riumar gefallen. Die kurzen Wege zum Strand und zum SPAR waren schon sehr angenehm. Größere Geschäfte waren innerhalb von 15 min in Deltebre erreichbar. Die größe des Pools war ausreichend und auf der Terasse konnte man gut sitzen. Der Grill war ausreichen bemessen, Maratzen der Betten nicht durchgelegen. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, kleinere Angelegenheiten schnell und ohne große Umstände gelöst. Das untere Bad müsste bei Gelegenheit saniert werden. Wasserdruck ist viel zu niedrig. Zudem müsste einiges in der Küche getan werden, damit es auch der Beschreibung entspricht ("Die Küche glänzt mit Profi-Equipment: Scharfe Messer, hochwertige Töpfe und eine Top-Spülmaschine sind Teil unseres MARISOL-Standards") Kleinere Defekte im Haus beheben lassen (Schublade Küche/Jalousie im Schlafzimmer) Den Garten etwas auf Vordermann bringen. Nicht bepflanzte Blumentöpfe entsorgen oder neu bepflanzen, Bewässerungssystem instandsetzen oder zurückbauen. Kabel auf der Dachterasse wieder befestigen lassen - Stolpergefahr.

Gelungener Familienurlaub

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sie lag nicht direkt an der Straße. Das Meer ist Fußläufig zu erreichen. Bei der Anreise wurden wir sehr nett empfangen obwohl wir spät angekommen sind. Es wurde sich um den Pool während des Aufenthaltes gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder Einen Handlauf an der Pooltreppe da es für ältere etwas schwieriger ist aus dem Pool zu kommen. Eine Spülmaschine wäre nicht schlecht. Und einen dritten Rattansessel für draußen. Am Grill den Baum kürzen aufgrund der Mücken die während des Grillens gerne stechen

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Riumar. Die Kinder und der Hund haben die Tage am Pool genossen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die nette und freundliche Art der Inhaberin Bea. Sie hat bei allen Problemen direkt geholfen. Dafür noch einmal vielen Dank.

Gut gelegenes, sauberes Haus mit tollem Aussenbereich

Geräumiges, sauberes Haus mit neuem Appartement. Sehr schön angelegter Aussenbereich mit tollen Pflanzen, Pool, Grill und überdachter Terrasse. Wir kommen seit 8 Jahren nach Riumar, aber haben das erste mal über diesen Vermieter gebucht und besser kann man es nicht machen. Bei kleinen anfänglichen Problemen war Bea sofort da und hat sich Gedanken gemacht, wie das Problem behoben werden kann und wurde sofort umgesetzt, sodass sie einen entspannten Urlaub verbringen konnten. Auch unser „Poolboy“ Uwe freundlich, zuverlässig und lustig. Sowohl Bea als auch Uwe nahmen sich auch Zeit, ein bisschen zu plaudern, was ich von einem anderen Vermieter nicht kannte. Wir haben schon für das nächste Jahr gebucht.
