Just got back from our stay here and it was great. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The location was so convenient to shops, restaurants, and the beach access was so close, just a few steps from the condo. Jeff was wonderful to work with and even helped us get a golf cart rented at a great price and it was waiting for us in the parking lot when we got there. This condo came with 8 beach chairs that you could carry down for a day at the beach and that was so nice to have. They even supplied a JBL Bluetooth speaker that we were able to use at the beach. I highly recommend staying here and I hope our family can come back again soon!

Jeff was an amazing host. He handled getting a golf cart to us which was a couple hundred dollars cheaper rather than renting one myself. The condo was as advertised and very clean. Location was spot on!

The property is really clean, updated and perfect for families/groups with three bedrooms. It’s right next to the short path to the beach and has a really good partial beach/ocean view from the primary bedroom and balcony. Beach gear was new, had everything we needed and more! Our host Jeff was outstanding, always friendly and quick to respond and show up, really went above and beyond, especially because we arrived right after hurricane Isaias- including helping with our golf cart and making restaurant recs, etc he knows the area really well. We could easily walk, bike or take the golf cart to many cute local restaurants and shops. Best coffee of my life at the Beachy Bean nearby. The beach is amazing, just a couple min walk and you’re there- and only a few groups out there during our time. We love 30A and would stay here again absolutely!

Host was super responsive. The home was very clean and had plenty of towels, dishes, beach equipment. There is a view of the ocean however the beach access is not in front of the property due to other homes restricting access in front of their beachfront properties. Just a short walk to beach access to setup.
