Please Follow the Rules to help ensure safety and livability for our community.

Quiet time and offensive activities:
• Deschutes County Noise Control Ordinance applies.
• Follow quiet time from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including hot tub use.
• Keep music within immediate listening area at all times.
• Any voices (singing, shouting, etc.) need to be kept in the immediate listening area.
• Outside lights should be off when not in use.

Parking:
• Park only in designated spaces or driveways.
• Street parking is permitted for 6 hours only, but not between 2:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
• Parking on turf, landscaped areas, or bike paths is not permitted.
• Electric bikes can be ridden on bike paths, all other motorized vehicles are for the streets.
Restrictions on vehicles:
• No large buses, shuttles, RV’s, trailers, or boats in Eagle Crest for more than 48 hours,
except in enclosed garages or designated areas.
• Living or sleeping in RVs or campers parked in Eagle Crest is not allowed.

Fire safety and smoking:
• Obey fire advisory signs, as the area is prone to fires.
• Extinguish cigarette butts and dispose of them properly.
• Fireworks are not permitted in Eagle Crest.

Garbage and recycling:
• Dispose of properly bagged household garbage in designated bins or dumpsters.
• Handle glass properly or take it to approved recycling locations.
• Recycle cardboard, cans, and plastic in designated containers.

Pets and pet waste:
• No pets are allowed in the unit.

Golf Courses:
• All golf courses are only for people who have paid to use them.
• Golf courses are closed to everyone before and after hours.
• No dog walking, putting practice, or using them for a playground.

Water features and wildlife:
• Swimming in lakes or playing in water features is not allowed.
• Enjoy the vegetation, aquatic wildlife, or waterfowl without disturbing them.
• Avoid feeding deer and other wildlife—only bird feeders are permitted.

Hot Tub –
Towels
• Please use the brown towels in the bathroom located in the master bathroom. Do not take the white towels outside.
Cover
• To open the hot tub lid follow these steps:
• The lock code is 2023 (please make sure it`s covered and locked when not in use)
• Gently fold one half of the spa cover over the lift bar.
• Grab the corner of the cover lift bar.
• Pull the bar toward the rear of the spa to open the cover completely.
• Always unlock before opening to reduce strain on the cover. The lifter does most of the work, so no heavy lifting is required. Open the cover gently.
Light
• To turn on the light push the light button once. Push the light button again to turn it off.
Jets
• Press the Jets 1 button
• Once to turn on low speed
• Twice to turn on high speed
• Three times to turn off
• Press the Jets 2 button
• Once to turn on low speed
• Twice to turn on high speed
• Three times to turn off
• Personal Safety and considerations:
• Please take a cleansing shower before and after using the hot tub.
Do Not use the hot tub if:
• You are pregnant
• You have a heart condition
• You have high blood pressure
• You have been drinking alcoholic beverages
• You have open wounds or sores
• You are diabetic

• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
• Spa Covers break easily – Do not sit, walk, lean or stand on cover.
• Please do not use glass containers in or around the hot tub.
• If the tub or cover are abused during your stay, you will be held accountable and billed accordingly.
• If the tub does not look clean, do not get in. Call your property manager.

KNS Hot Tubs, the property manager, and the homeowner will not be held responsible for any injury, bodily harm or damage which may occur during or because of using the hot tub.

Guest Passes:
• We provide 6 resort guest passes for your enjoyment.
• Please ensure all passes are left in their current condition. Any damaged or lost passes will result in a fee of $75 each.
