This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom newly constructed cottage located on Long Pond in the heart of the Belgrade Lakes region has everything you need for a perfect relaxing vacation. The shared common beach area is just a short walk away where you can spend the day swimming, canoeing, fishing, walking or just reading a book in the sun.

Conveniently located just minutes from Belgrade Village where you will enjoy shops, restaurants, the Belgrade Farmer's Market & Days Store, a local favorite.

A fully-equipped kitchen with white quartz counter-tops, including a peninsula with 4 wooden stools and stainless steel appliances. The dining room table has seating for 4.

The primary bedroom/ensuite has a King size bed and dresser, custom tile floor and tile walk-in shower and a beautiful dark wood vanity. A roll-away cot (twin bed) is available in the closet to accommodate a 5th guest/child.

The 2nd bedroom is the guest bedroom and has a Queen size bed, antique wooden rack to store clothes and a small closet.

The guest bathroom has a full tub with custom tile shower walls and a gorgeous vintage inspired tile floor and full vanity.

The primary bedroom and living room both have smart TV's.

A stackable washer & dryer are available for guest use in the utility room.
