In winter, hardly any energy escapes to the outside; in summer, hardly any heat enters the building. Wood construction is also beneficial to the health of people with allergies and asthma. Wood can absorb and release moisture (open-cell structure), so that the indoor climate is automatically regulated to 45–55% humidity. This creates a healthy environment and has a soothing effect on the respiratory tract.

The 112-square-meter, light-filled apartment on the top floor, with its ceilings up to four metres high, offers plenty of space to relax and feel at home.

From the comfortable couch, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Wilder Kaiser. On cold days, you can also enjoy the crackling fire in the fireplace and its radiant warmth while sipping a glass of fine wine and reading a captivating book.
