With three spacious bedrooms, and large living area, this spot is perfect for the entire family. MAIN FLOOR:

LIVING ROOM - Sectional sofa (comfortably seats 4), 2 arm chairs, rocking chair, free library stocked with books, games, smart TV (please login to your own streaming accounts), and Alexa

KITCHEN #1 - Fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances, drip coffee pot, and tea kettle

DINING - Dining table with seating for 8

BATHROOM #1 - Full bathroom with single vanity sink and walk-in shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion are all provided.


UPSTAIRS:

BEDROOM #1 - King bed nightstands with lamps, dresser, and smart TV

BEDROOM #2 - Queen bed, nightstands with lamps, dresser, vanity with mirror, smart TV

BEDROOM #3 - Two twin beds, nightstands with lamps, dresser, smart TV

BATHROOM - Full bathroom with single vanity sink and combination tub/shower


BASEMENT/DOWNSTAIRS:

KITCHEN #2 - Fully stocked kitchen with oven, fridge, sink, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and Keurig. Dining area with 4 chairs.

BEDROOM #4 - King bed nightstands with lamps, dresser, and smart TV

BATHROOM #3 - Full bathroom with single vanity sink and walk-in shower.

LIVING ROOM #2 - sofa, accent chair, coffee table, floor lamp and smart TV

LAUNDRY - there is washer/dryer located in both units


The home does not have central AC, but each room has its own portable AC unit that works quite well. This property is DOG FRIENDLY with an additional fee/stay. No cats.
Oma's Garden Oasis is a large home, bursting with character and spacious rooms. The layout is broken down below:

FIRST FLOOR:
LIVING ROOM - Sectional sofa (comfortably seats 4), 2 arm chairs, rocking chair, free library stocked with books, games, smart TV (please login to your own streaming accounts), and Alexa.

KITCHEN - Fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances, drip coffee pot, and tea kettle.

DINING ROOM - Large dining table with seating for 8.

BATHROOM 1 - Located on the main floor off of the dining room, full bathroom with shower stall.

SUN ROOM - Overlooks the backyard gardens with seating for 5.

BACKYARD GARDEN - There is little to no grass at this property, but please feel free to peruse the garden area in the back. Note that there is a long-term tenant that lives in the lower unit of this home, though you have full access and privacy with the gardens.

LAUNDRY - Laundry is located in a closet of the front porch. You will have to go outside to access it (located in the door to the left of the front door).

SECOND FLOOR:

Please note that there is a basement apartment unit that is rented, as well. The access and parking are completely separate and you will likely never cross paths during your stay. You have full privacy and access during your stay.

The home does not have central AC, each room has its own portable AC unit that works quite well. The home is very comfortable and the temperature is regulated nicely, but please note that temper.
