The 130m² vacation home Catalina 2A Tres Dormitorios is located in Puerto Pollensa, a small town in the northern part of the island of Majorca in Spain's sunny Balearic Islands. The home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The home also features Wi-Fi, (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, satellite television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed.
Guests can enjoy the beautiful sea view while relaxing outdoors on the garden furniture or sunning on the closed private terrace.
The Catalina block is located in the heart of the Pine Walk Apartments and is just a 5 minute walk to Puerto Pollensa town center and to the Hotel Illa D'Or. The home is just a 5 minute (2 km) drive from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues and is just a 1 to 3 minute (400 m to 1 km) drive to the beautiful beaches of Platja d'Albercutx and Playa Pollenca. Guests can experience the natural beauty of the region in the Cami Boquer and the Vall de Boquer hiking areas just 2 to 7 minutes (650 m to 1 km) by car from the home. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the scenic Pollensa Golf Club just a 15 minute (12 km) drive from the home. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 52 minute (67 km) drive away.
Street parking is available. Pets are not allowed. The home features an elevator and has a step-free interior.

Great apartment
This was a great apartment in a great part of Puerto Pollensa. We enjoyed our stay so much we plan returning next year.

Die Klimaanlage / Heizung ist nachts sehr laut gewesen. In einem Zimmer zur Straße klapperte dauerhaft etwas. Wir hätten es schön gefunden, Informationen zur Hausordnung/ Mülltrennung oder auch Informationen.zu möglichen Ausflugszielen etc vorzufinden
