Lovely apartment that is clean and well equipped in a convenient location. Unlike all of the VRBO rentals I've had in the past, the host was not quick to reach out and confirm the reservation. My first question was regarding parking that I knew was not included. The host responded that I could find parking without a permit in walking distance. There is, however, a lovely garage within less than 2/10th of mile from the unit that worked nicely. I did not receive the address and check-in instructions until 30 minutes prior to check-in. I requested them the day prior to I could appropriately plan my drive and look for a parking garage. The unit has a washer and dryer, but they are in a separately keyed building. The code to the washer and dryer was not included with the check-in instructions. Upon request for the key code the host did respond, 16 hours after my request. Overall, it's a nice place to stay but better communication from the host would have made it much more relaxing and stress free stay.
