This is a wonderful homely place in a nice peaceful location. Nice decor and paintings, comfortable, clean. Snacks and tea/coffee provided. Easy access to the property. No hesitation in recommending this place

The pictures do not do this place justice. It's a pleasant little retreat away from it all. We'll stocked and has everything you need. Very close to Harris Hill and other Elmira attractions. Far enough away from things where it's still very quiet. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I was in the area.

The property was as-advertised, clean, and perfect for our stop-over. Our host provided lots of “little extras” that were lovely touches- like coffee creamer and water in the fridge and good smelling soap in the bathroom. Our family with two teens were very comfortable. Thank you!

Very peaceful setting. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable furnishings. It was only about a 15 minute drive to Elmira. I had a little trouble getting into the place because there was an email with a security code that I mistook for the entry code. Lots of nice touches--tissues in several rooms, ceiling fans, nice bath towels and shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. I especially appreciated the bottled water in the fridge.

Beautiful country setting, quiet and cozy. This house had everything we needed including a well stocked kitchen and bath. We enjoyed our time here while in town attending a family wedding.
