We had an issue with the fridge. Our staff that stayed put food in the fridge only to find it spoiled the next morning. The don't speak English and had no idea to check the temp of the fridge. Upon check out, our office admin checked out the home and found the fridge temp was 55 degree. Not sure if it was set that way or if the fridge was broken. Waiting to hear about a resolution.

Thank you for your feedback. We take all guest concerns seriously. After reviewing the refrigerator immediately following your stay, we found that it was operating properly. During our inspection, the temperature setting had been turned down, and once it was adjusted back to the recommended setting, the refrigerator cooled normally and showed no signs of malfunction. We also want to note that this is the first time we are hearing about this concern. No report was submitted during the stay, at checkout, or through any direct communication. We have remained in close contact with the individual who made the reservation and were not made aware of any refrigerator issues. Had we been notified during the stay, we would have gladly investigated and addressed the concern immediately. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to monitor the appliance to ensure it remains in proper working condition for all future guests.
