Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Throw away all remaining food. Dispose of trash in Large Trash Can located by the Shed. Tie up all bags . Put used towels/washcloths in the bathrooms on the floor. Leave all linen on the bed.
Close all windows. Turn off Split Unit on top floor. Smoking is allowed outside backyard only at the provided location. No hanging out on the street, please use the backyard for outdoor activities.
No parties, No Pets. Owners on premises. Extra guest over 8 will have to pay $100 per night. Do not block neighbors driveway and mailboxes . Do not park vehicles facing opposite side of the roadway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
