Close all windows. Turn off Split Unit on top floor. Smoking is allowed outside backyard only at the provided location. No hanging out on the street, please use the backyard for outdoor activities.
No parties, No Pets. Owners on premises. Extra guest over 8 will have to pay $100 per night. Do not block neighbors driveway and mailboxes . Do not park vehicles facing opposite side of the roadway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Use pots and pans available fr guest on stove.
Supervise children in the atrium balcony area, no running, jumping or playing

I can’t say enough about this property and the communication! The house was clean, beds are comfortable, and they supplied the necessities such as bath bombs, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush (as we forgot ours) coffee, tea, water and pop! I also forgot my blow dryer a they had one at the house the next morning for me!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Over the years we have stayed in mutiple VRBO houses but this one by far was our favorite. The house is absolutely gorgeous and the layout can accommodate a big family. The hosts were incredibly pleasant, thoughtful and in constant communication to make sure we had what we needed. We didn't need much because the amount of care packages they provided throughout the house of must haves was truly appreciated. The hosts made sure to create a space that truly felt like home. I would definitely stay here again.
