I chose North Phoenix for my condo because of its central location and accessibility. It provides convenient access to many parts of the Phoenix metro area while also offering great amenities, shopping, dining, and nearby outdoor recreation.
What makes this property unique
Fully furnished retro themed condo with pop art that can sleep 6 people. Large, cozy, master with on suite. Loft with adjustable desk with treadmill/chair and NordicTrack bike with class options. Vaulted ceilings that give open views and sightlines with lots of natural light. Kitchen with crockpot, air fryer, and Keurig. One covered parking spot and other uncovered parking available in a quiet gaited community. Condo has a smart lock with dead bolt and a doorbell camera for added security.
