In a top area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, at the foot of the almost 2,000 meter high Kramer, is the beautiful apartment, in which there is plenty of space for two people. The apartment is very centrally located and offers you with 30 m² enough space.

Mountain and hiking enthusiasts are exactly right here, because the apartment is located directly at the foot of the Kramer and you can start your tours right outside the front door. The Kramer is a very popular destination among hikers, after all, the mountain offers a fantastic view of the Zugspitze and the surrounding mountains.

You can also reach the center of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the pedestrian zone with its numerous stores, cozy cafes and restaurants, in just a few minutes walk.

The light-flooded living room is well defined by its clever division: On one side there is a dining option for two people and a comfortable sofa. This can be converted into a sofa bed in a few simple steps. So during the day you can sit comfortably and enjoy the flair of a living room, before you make yourself comfortable in the evening hours and turn the area into a bedroom. Of course, this cozy corner also has a TV.

On the other side of the room, a well-equipped kitchenette awaits you. This has all the necessary appliances to prepare small meals. Oven, stove and microwave are at your disposal. Of course, there is also a refrigerator.

The modern bathroom is also friendly and bright. It has a spacious shower, toilet and even a bidet.
